LASERBLOW
|

The Laserblow process developped by Ortho Service consists in separating metal from the particules stucks to its surface (bonding adhesives, oils, waxes, germs...) without chemical solvents nor heating of the body of the bracket. With this intention, an intense but short photonic bombardment is generated. In the interface between the particles comprising carbon atoms and the metal which do not comprise is created a plasma which causes a powerful wave of shock. All the particles including carbon atoms are volatilized and eliminated. The heat released by this reaction increase the temperature of the surface of the metal (200°C) but on a very low thickness (less than one micron).
