How
do I have to prepare my parcel ?

Put the brackets and bands in plastic small bags closed by clips and
the small bags in a strong package closed by adhesive tape.
If the plastic small bags open during transport and if the package
is not well closed, the brackets will be lost.
Never use commercial envelopes because of the risk of destruction
by the devices in sorting office.

Which
type of stamping do I have to use ?
|
Use a parcel or a letter with priority and recommendation for the conséquent sendings.
|
How
long is it to process my order ?
|

Is it necessary to send a minimal
quantity of parts ?
|
There is no minimum of order but we charge administrative and sending expenses for the orders of an amount lower than 100 €.
|
Do
I have to sort the brackets before sending them ?
|
Yes
for the not identified brackets (class I,II,II for example).
In all the others cases, we advise you to send the brackets in bulk
to us because we systematically mix the brackets for the phase of
polishing.
Our controlers who sorted millions of brackets do not have any problem
to differentiate them and, where necessary measure the brackets under
microscope.

How
do you realise the color marking of the brackets
?
|
Marking color is carried out by a biocompatible point of painting heated in a furnace. The biocompatibility of our painting was validated within the framework of the procedure of EC marking.
The brackets are marked according to our standard marking or to your demand.
|
Do you propose a free test ?
|
You may ask for a free test on a maximum quantity of 50 brackets and 20 bands.
You
may ask for some parts by filling the form information/samples.

is your garantee
?

How are the bands gauged and numered
?
|
The bands are gauged by various means as measurement
of the perimeter under microscope.
We respect the initial form of the band and our process do not increase the size of the band.
Classification is carried out according the mark of the band.
Indelible marking is made with black chemical engraving like the best manufacturers.

Do
you remove the tubes from the bands
?
|
Sorry, we do not propose this service. We do not have service of welding the tubes on the bands.

Is the recycling of the brackets
legal ?
|
There is not any lawful obligation out of the European Community.
In the EEC, the recycling of the brackets is subjected to Directive 93/42/EEC. We suggest you to read the chapter regulation for additional information
